This 37 footer was designed to serve as a weekend escape
for the owner and his extended family, at some times
introducing the grandchildren to the joys of cruising and
water sports and at other times fishing with friends and
family. The client continues his long involvement in yacht
racing and his requirements include the ability to tow a
string of prams or small keelboats to or from the race course.

Systems are simple, starting with the client's request for a
single diesel engine. With only moderate speed requirements,
reliable E-glass composite sandwich construction was
chosen over lighter but more expensive advanced composites.
The cockpit level cabin has great visibility and plenty of
seating under way or at anchor. Below decks are berths for
three and the upper level settee and seat back convert to
two additional berths. All combine for a great weekender
when a picnic isn't enough.
